How long it would take to receive my item? 

• If you place your order before 10AM, we aim to post the same day using Royal Mail 24 service, so you should expect to receive your item in the next one or two days. All orders received after 10AM would be posted next working day. Tracking number would be provided with all the orders

If I need my item urgently, do you provide next day delivery?

• Yes, at the checkout you would have the option to choose the type of delivery that you would like to use and guaranteed next day delivery for orders placed before 10AM. 

What is your return policy?

• We offer 30 days to change your mind. You need to return the product to us in the original package, not open in order for us to process a full refund. Please note that you need to cover the postage for returning the product to us. 

Is the dye safe to use?

• Absolutely! The dye is safe to use and it is to colour the egg shells only but it is not to be used as a baker`s dye as it contains salt. 

Is it safe to eat the eggs after they have being dyed?

• Absolutely! You can even have a little competition to try and crack everyone`s egg and be a winner with the last whole egg! This is traditional Easter game in all the countries that dye eggs for Easter. 

How much do you charge for postage?

• For all orders we charge a flat rate of £1.99. Free delivery for orders over £15.  We use Royal mail 24, where a tracking number would be provided.
