Whether young or old, egg colouring is part of a traditional Easter party, so lets have some fun.
Description
Instructions for use:
Boil the eggs. Keep the hardboiled eggs in warm water.
Dissolve the dyes in 150ml of hot water in separate bowls/jars and add 2-3 tablespoons of vinegar in each. Gently dip the eggs one by one in the solution and leave it completely covered by the solution for a few minutes - you can check if you have reached the desired colour by lifting the egg out. Each bowl/jar can fit 2 eggs at the same time - if your eggs are bigger, you will have to dip them one at the time.
To get multi-coloured eggs: Use a cotton pad to wrap the egg and then drop a bit of different colours all over and leave for few minutes. Dry and rub the eggs with cooking oil to give them a soft shine.
